Travel LDRP RN (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) in Polson, Montana. Start date 08/10/2026 for a multi-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $2,053-$2,116. Guaranteed hours: 0. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Work setting: a critical access hospital with a 22-bed capacity and a dedicated LDRP unit that covers labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care. This role requires seasoned travel experience and Epic charting proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Provide labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care; manage triage of obstetrical patients and postpartum support
- Monitor fetal status with wireless monitoring; assist with triage and admission; circulate for C-sections as needed
- Support newborn care, postpartum education, and documentation; perform sterile vaginal exams as indicated
- Float to OB-related units as needed; collaborate with PT, Respiratory, Interpretation services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response, and Pharmacy teams
- Document patient care in Epic; maintain accurate charting and records; manage patient ratios (typical range 1:1-1:6) and respond to on-call requests with a 30-minute recall
- Uphold unit safety and infection control practices; participate in weekend coverage and holiday requirements as assigned

Requirements
- Valid RN license ( Montana state license or Multi-State/Compact license) at time of submission
- Minimum 3+ years of recent L&D experience; travel RN experience required
- BLS and NRP (or CLC listed) certifications
- Epic charting experience
- Ability to float between OB/LDRP units; comfortable with weekend shifts and on-call requirements (max once per pay period; 30-minute recall)
- Orientation and pre-start requirements: 24 hours of on-site orientation; completion of required training modules prior to start
