Physician, Extended Hours Access - 4 Days on / 10 Days off schedule model

Job Opportunity

Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our Extended Hours Access team that will redefine work-life balance while providing extended access care at our Maple Grove or Plymouth clinics. This non-traditional schedule model will appeal to lifestyle-conscious candidates interested in a.58 1.0 FTE that values autonomy, flexibility, and team-based care. Minimum 5+ years full scope Family Medicine experience.

In-basket support

An on-site department assistant to assist with clerical tasks

An on-site RN to support patients with complex conditions and assist you with patient follow-up

Triage provided by registered nurses

As a Primary Care Clinician, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine. This is an out-patient position where you will have the ability to perform a range of in-clinic procedures.
