Job Description

Registered Nurse will:

• Work closely in delivering safe and effective care to the patient during intra operative period
• Effectively deliver care to the surgical patient through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
• Work closely with all members of the professional team, medical staff, patients/resident and their families and hospital personnel

Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.

Qualifications

• OR experience preferred
• Illinois RN licensure
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certification required
• Good communication skills
• "Team attitude"
• Flexible to adjust hours to meet department needs

grade 21
