Key Responsibilities\n \n Engage actively in Child and Family team meetings, contributing to treatment planning discussions and ongoing case reviews to ensure holistic care for clients. \n Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that adhere to the regulations set forth by our agency and licensing requirements. \n Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment updates, and discharge reports, ensuring all records are completed within the established timeframes. \n Safeguard client confidentiality through diligent management of records and sensitive information, acting as a trusted steward of privacy. \n Apply your expertise in diagnosing and treating children and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based practices to design effective treatment strategies tailored to individual needs. \n Utilize therapy modalities and interventions that align with best practices and current research in mental health care. \n Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of new methodologies and improved practices in therapy. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The primary focus of your role will be on children and adolescents, along with their families. You will work with clients facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to emotional disturbances, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. Your insights and interventions will be crucial in helping clients navigate their difficulties, build resilience, and foster healing in a supportive environment. Qualifications\n \n A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification. \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your capability and commitment to mental health. \n Strong understanding of psychological theories, research on human growth, as well as developmental milestones, abnormal behavior, and therapeutic practices. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working within an outpatient mental health environment, particularly with families facing diverse challenges. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate effective remote therapy sessions. \n Skills in crisis intervention, supporting families in distress, and tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The position offers an attractive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
