Salary Range: $22 - $30 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Veterinary Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for veterinary medicine and a commitment to providing exceptional care to our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting and assisting in various medical procedures including but not limited to:
- Venipuncture
- Catheter placement
- Radiology
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Dental prophylaxis
- Laboratory work (urinalysis, blood work)
- Patient recovery
- Providing nursing care and rehabilitation therapies
- Maintaining medical records and ensuring proper documentation
- Administering medications and vaccines under veterinarian supervision
- Educating and advising clients on pet health, nutrition, and care
- Ensuring compliance with veterinary laws and regulations in California
- Managing inventory and ordering medical supplies as needed
- Assisting veterinarians in surgery and other medical procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the clinic and equipment
Qualifications:
- Current RVT license in the State of California
- 5 years of experience as an RVT (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in veterinary software and technology
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to animal care
