NCR Voyix is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves customers in more than 35 countries worldwide.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage business requirements for integrations with Workday and HR systems.* Drive review and approval of functional specifications and data mappings.* Oversee the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle.* Document business process flows supported by defined business requirements.* Participate in the testing phase, identifying test scenarios and documenting test cases.* Serve as a triage point of contact during testing, acting as SME for defect validation.**Skills Required:*** 3+ years of experience with payroll and GL integrations.* 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and integrations.* 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.* Advanced BA skills with integration and conversion experience, including requirements gathering, functional design, data analysis, data mappings, data validations, and testing.* Strong ability to interact with technical, functional, and business teams.* In-depth knowledge of HR/Compensation business processes.* 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and integrations.* Experience in creating process and data flow diagrams.* Experience in creating test scenarios and test cases.* Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and graphs.**Preferred Qualifications:*** IIBA or PMI Certified Business Analyst certification.* Functional/technical experience with Workday Recruiting.* Experience with payroll systems and integrations with vendors like ADP.* Familiarity with test management tools such as Zephyr or Practitest.* Experience in designing custom IT solutions.* Experience with global deployments.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job**EEO Statement**Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
