Whatyou'llown

• Own and manage theServiceNow product backlog, ensuring alignment to business priorities, service outcomes, and strategicroadmap

• Translate stakeholder requirements intoclear, high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables

• Driveprioritization and sprint planningwith engineering teams, balancing technical debt, enhancements, and business demand

• Leadstakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency, expectation management, and value delivery across business units

• EnsureUAT, release readiness, and quality governanceare consistently applied, supporting successful adoption and minimal disruption

Whatyou'llbring

• Abachelor's degree plus 5+ years ofrelevantexperience or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience

• Proven ServiceNow Product Owner or BA experience in a large enterprise environment

• Demonstrable experience writing high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment

• Experience working inAgile environments, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and prioritisationframeworks

• Experiencefacilitatingrequirements workshops and stakeholder sessions at senior level

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to decompose complex business problems into deliverable platform solutions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to present confidently to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders

• Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast-changing enterprise environment with competing priorities

• CIS certification is a strong advantage
