Central Iowa/Eastern Iowa Bank equipment Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Provides routine maintenance and service repair on ATM's and Teller cash recyclers and banking products, Coin and currency equipment to include: problem diagnosis, component level repair, software troubleshooting, application reload, preventative maintenance, documentation and planning/maintaining spare parts levels.
2.Performs basic to advanced installations and repairs on all products (multiple manufacturers).
3.Travels to client's site for system failure troubleshooting, repair and installation.
4.Installs, repairs and services mechanical or electrical devices.
5.Tests all installed/serviced equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with customers' requirements and all applicable codes.
6.Troubleshoots and repairs electronics
7.Communicates important project status information to management and customers as necessary.
8.Conducts site surveys upon request of management.
9.Maintains and controls assigned truck stock inventory in an organized manner.
10.Company vehicle must be maintained according to established standards.
11.Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to travel Eastern Nebraska and outlying areas.
• Company auto provided.
• Ability to lift various amounts of weight.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 plus per hour
