We are seeking Licensed Insurance Sales Producers to join our team in our Cary, NC office! This is not a remote position. You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
This employment opportunity is with a State Farm Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies and requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.

As a valued member of our Team, you are eligible to enjoy the following benefits:
- $18/hr - $22/hr BASE PAY + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS & BONUSES
- BASE PAY IS DETERMINED BY INTERVIEW AND BACKGROUND
- $45,000-$85,000 TOTAL COMPENSATION WITH COMMISSION IF YOU CAN BE COACHED

Responsibilities:
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
- NC PROPERTY & CASUALITY LICENSES - or willingness to earn with training and support
- Ability to commute to our office in Cary, NC
- Current North Carolina Property and Casualty Sales License – REQUIRED
- Current North Carolina Life and Health Sales License – A MAJOR PLUS
- 2+ years active insurance sales & customer service experience – Preferred
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
