Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to gain a thorough understanding of each client’s needs and develop tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to meet individual client requirements.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care for clients, emphasizing a team-based approach to mental health.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality and efficacy of mental health services provided.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups who are facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Envision, you will engage with clients in meaningful ways, creating individualized therapeutic experiences that promote healing and resilience. Your interaction with clients can include one-on-one therapy sessions, family counseling, and educational workshops.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Profound knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy interventions and an ability to customize therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trusting therapeutic relationships.
