Job Summary:
Provides high-quality emergency care to patients experiencing life-threatening injuries and illnesses in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize incoming emergency cases to determine the severity of conditions.
• Administer emergency interventions, medications, and treatments in accordance with protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to coordinate care.
• Communicate empathetically with patients and families, providing emotional support during critical moments.
• Document patient information accurately, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
• Maintain certifications and stay current with emergency nursing practices and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active state Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNNC certifications.
• Proven experience in emergency room or critical care preferred.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills.
