Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical information. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with patient assessments and care planning. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and healthcare needs. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care. Requirements Active NY Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Current BLS/CPR certification. Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
