Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Leominster, MA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical staff, and ensure patients receive excellent healthcare services in a professional and caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical information.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and healthcare needs.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Active NY Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
