This position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Medication & Treatment Administration – Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility policies.Patient Monitoring & Reporting – Observe residents' conditions, document care accurately, and promptly report changes to the Nursing Supervisor and/ or Physician.Shift Handover & Communication – Provide clear and thorough resident status updates to oncoming shifts, supervisors, and nursing staff.Physician Order Execution – Properly transcribe and carry out physician orders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Infection Control & Safety – Follow all infection control procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.Inventory Management – Assist in monitoring and maintaining supplies, medications, and medical equipment.Quality Improvement – Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance patient care and facility operations.Resident Care & Comfort – Provide compassionate nursing care that prioritizes both the physical and emotional well-being of residents.Clinical Rounds & Problem-Solving – Conduct routine rounds to observe residents, address concerns, and implement effective solutions.Interdepartmental Collaboration – Effectively communicate and coordinate care with other healthcare team members.Customer Service & Resident Rights – Uphold a high standard of service while respecting resident rights and maintaining confidentiality.Qualifications:Active LPN License in the state of New York (required).Strong communication and teamwork skills.A caring and patient-centered approach to nursing care.If you are passionate about making a difference in healthcare and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity with ProValidus Medical Staffing today!
