Join a team where your skills are valued, your growth is encouraged, and your impact is lasting.ResponsibilitiesRegistered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor:Clinical LeadershipSupervise nursing care services and nursing personnel across assigned unitsConduct rounds and provide clinical support and guidance to staffMonitor resident conditions and ensure timely communication of changesAssist with admissions, evaluations, care planning, and resident oversightSupport safe medication administration and treatment deliveryStaff Support & OperationsAssist with staffing coordination and assignment adjustmentsProvide coaching, feedback, and support to nursing staffEnsure documentation, workflows, and assignments are completed appropriatelyParticipate in shift-to-shift communication and operational updatesPromote a collaborative, respectful, team-focused environmentQuality & ComplianceHelp maintain compliance with facility policies, CMS standards, and nursing regulationsSupport infection prevention and facility safety initiativesAssist with incident response, emergency procedures, and survey readinessParticipate in QAPI and performance improvement effortsQualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor:Possession of a state license in applicable state you are performing work and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical NurseMinimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing leadership roleInterest or experience in geriatricsCurrent BLS/CPRExperience with dementia population desirableThis position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
