A 12-month appointment is preferred; however, a 10-month pro-rated appointment may also be considered. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging course materials. Teach and evaluate students in classrooms, labs, and clinical settings. Mentor and advise students throughout their nursing journey. Participate in curriculum development, faculty recruitment and evaluation, didactic, skills, and clinical instruction. Budget management, student retention, and maintaining clinical partnerships. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Education, or bachelor’s degree in nursing with enrollment in and active pursuit of a master’s or higher. NYS Professional Nursing License and current CPR certification. Strong teaching, clinical, communication, and computer skills. Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications Doctorate in Nursing or related field. Experience with simulation-based learning. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Additional Information The starting salary for this position is $80,000.
