Senior Operations Leader, Mental Health Continuing Care

Bayside Health is expanding the Adult and Older Adult Service with a focus on integrated, person-centred care across Melbourne and surrounding regions. The Operations Manager Continuing Care (CCT) leads 5 Team Leaders to drive safe, recovery-oriented services and ensure alignment with funding and governance requirements. You will partner with unit heads and clinical leaders to optimise care pathways, access, flow and sustainability of the Continuing Care Teams, while prioritising workforce #J-18808-Ljbffr The Alfred Foundation
