What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, business, customer success, recruiting, or other client-facing roles Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence engaging with decision-makers and business leaders A self-starter who is motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Someone who enjoys connecting with people and creating lasting partnerships Professional, positive, and team-focused mindset Compensation & Benefits Base salary + uncapped commission.
