We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fulfillment Manager to join our team in Miramar, FL. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fulfillment management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. The Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate processing of orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fulfillment associates to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and logistics to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fulfillment or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
