Fulfillment Manager
A leading nutraceutical/pharmaceutical manufacturer in Miramar, FL is seeking a motivated and experienced Fulfillment Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee the timely and accurate processing of orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure efficient order fulfillment, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining quality.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fulfillment associates to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fulfillment or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
