Office Clerk Transdev in Cuba, NY is hiring an Office Clerk. The Office Clerk performs all administrative functions for the location. We are seeking customer service‑oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Benefits Competitive compensation package of minimum $17.00/Hr. – Maximum $18.00/Hr. Prepare contract correspondence, monthly reports, and schedules. Administer accounting data, payroll, and personnel records. Coordinate required reports at the contract level. Other duties as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Office, data entry, or administrative experience. Experience with MS Office products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason. Physical Requirements Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day). Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, lift material weighing up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance, occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch for files or equipment stored at ground level. Drug‑free Workplace Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.). Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
