Outpatient Psychiatrist Sign on Bonus

Job Description Psychiatrists at LifeStance Health work 100% outpatient in a group practice setting with a hybrid model. Telemedicine and in-person flexibility with generous compensation and unlimited/uncapped earnings, sign-on bonus, full benefits (health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match), annual bonus incentive plan, and additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels. Responsibilities Provide medication management and therapy to outpatient psychiatric patients. Collaborate with mid-level providers as appropriate. Participate in group practice activities and supervision. Qualifications Fully licensed in Oklahoma. Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC). Unencumbered DEA license. Experience in medication management and therapy. Open to supervision. Compensation & Benefits Compensation range $280,000 to $400,000 based on productivity. Sign-on bonus, unlimited/uncapped earnings, annual bonus incentive plan and full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match).
