What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal coverage at two NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43-bed, ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26-bed, ADC 14)
• Utilize advanced equipment including HFOV and jet ventilators
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including MFM specialists and NNPs
• Deliver high-quality neonatal care, including stabilization and emergency interventions
• Participate in a supportive, collegial team of neonatologists and hospital staff
• Educate and support families in a community hospital environment

What You Need

Required:

• BC/BE Neonatology certification
• Valid medical license in Oklahoma or eligible for licensure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Preferred:

• Recent fellowship graduates
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate patient care
