• Shift: 10 shifts per month, 24-hour shifts (out-of-house)
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40

• License/Certs: Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: Starting from $265,000 annually, with annual increases

What You’ll Do:

• Provide coverage at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital and Norman Regional Hospital
• Deliver high-quality neonatal care using advanced technology such as HFOV and jet ventilators
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including NNPs, specialists, and MFM providers
• Manage NICU workload approximately 10 shifts per month, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Support families through compassionate neonatal care
• Maintain clinical standards and adhere to hospital policies

What You Need:

• Current BC/BE in Neonatology (Board Certified or Eligible)
• Residency within the local area required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care
