What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care at two Level III NICUs in Oklahoma City
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, NNPs, and hospital staff
• Manage complex neonatal cases, using advanced ventilators and support tools such as HFOV and jet ventilators
• Contribute to patient care planning, admissions, and follow-up in a supportive environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach programs
• Support and mentor junior staff and residents as needed

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Active medical license in Oklahoma or eligible for licensure
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality neonatal care
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a Level III NICU setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
