What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43-bed; ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26-bed; ADC 14)
• Manage complex cases with advanced support including HFOV and jet ventilators
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subspecialty services
• Support newborn deliveries and provide critical neonatal interventions
• Participate in approximately 10 shifts per month, including overnight coverage
• Serve as a vital part of a collegial, private practice team of six neonatologists
• Deliver high-quality patient care aligned with best practices and hospital protocols

What You Need

• Medical licensure and board certification/eligibility in Neonatology
• Ability to work in Oklahoma City, OK
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible, scheduled shifts
• New fellows and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
