What you'll do
- Repair rock chips & minor windshield damage
- Sell customers on replacements as needed
- Develop/manage relationships with vendors and fleet accounts
- Talk to customers (they're usually pretty cool)
- Help them understand their options & coverage
- Keep your workspace clean & tools ready
- Process insurance claims
- Help with other duties around the shop
What we're looking for
- People person with an eye for detail
- Auto glass experience is a plus — not required
- Sales or customer service background
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Valid driver's license
