Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and efficient care to patients experiencing life-threatening injuries or illnesses in a fast-paced emergency department setting
• Rapidly assess and stabilize patients upon arrival, determining and initiating the appropriate course of treatment
• Make quick, accurate, and independent clinical decisions to support positive patient outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality emergency care
• Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and their families during critical and stressful situations while maintaining professional boundaries
• Apply knowledge of emergency medicine, critical care, and trauma care to manage a wide range of acute patient presentations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced emergency environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Level 3 Emergency Department
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Experience with trauma care and critical patient stabilization
