- Support Patient Coordinators throughout the patient journey, from initial inquiry through surgery.
- Communicate with prospective and existing patients by phone, text, and email.
- Follow up with leads and patients according to established workflows.
- Assist with preparing and sending surgical quotes and treatment information.
- Help coordinate consultations, appointments, and surgery scheduling.
- Assist patients with forms, financing applications, payments, and other required information.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient information in our EMR and CRM systems.
- Track outstanding patient items and follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist coordinators with administrative tasks and daily priorities.
- Coordinate with the front desk, medical assistants, nursing team, and other staff as needed.
- Help ensure every patient receives a warm, responsive, and five-star experience.
- Warm, friendly, professional, and confident communicating with patients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive, reliable, and accountable.
- An excellent communicator with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable discussing cosmetic procedures, pricing, and financing.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning CRM, EMR, scheduling, and communication platforms.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
