responsibilities:

• Perform high-throughput antibody screening workflows, including flow cytometry-based binding, internalization, and reporter assays using automated liquid-handling systems.
• Execute and analyze experiments evaluating antibody binding, potency, and selectivity via ELISA and flow cytometry platforms.
• Standardize, optimize, and automate current screening workflows, assay protocols, and procedures.
• Maintain immortalized mammalian cell lines and coordinate sourcing of internal and commercial reagents.
• Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to advance project pipelines efficiently.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with ~5 years of biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience, or Master's degree with ~2 years of experience.
• Strong hands-on experience executing and troubleshooting flow cytometry assays.
• Proven experience with high-throughput screening workflows.
• Familiarity with immortalized mammalian cell culture techniques.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Direct experience with functional cellular assays and protein-protein interaction assays (ELISA).
