Position available: Full-time or Part-time Inland Empire Area 4 pm – 12 am or 12 am – 8 am Responsibilities: Complete all tasks assigned (Routine Visits, PRN Visits, Continuous Care, etc) Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team (Physician, Nursing, Social Service, and Chaplains) on a Plan of Care individualized to patient Requirements: Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse IV certified Hospice, Home Health, Public Health experience a plus Experience not required- We will provide training Excellent written and verbal communication skills CA licensed and insured driver with reliable personal transportation Full-Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance Mileage Reimbursement Paid Company Holidays Paid Time Off 401(K) Haven Health is committed to serving patients and their families with compassion, dignity, and grace.
