Job Title

Registered Nurse – ER, LTC, Acute Care / Med Surg

Location

Circle, MT | Critical Access Hospital

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across multiple departments including Emergency Room, Acute Care/Medical-Surgical, and Long-Term Care within a rural critical access hospital setting
• Independently manage patient care across a small-unit environment, covering the floor as the primary nurse on shift with an on-call nurse available for support
• Deliver emergency room nursing care in a 2-bed ER, responding to acute patient needs as they arise
• Support Acute Care/Med-Surg patients across a 5-bed unit and Long-Term Care residents across a 20-bed unit
• Document patient care accurately using the MedWorx electronic charting system

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license eligible for practice in Montana
• Emergency Room experience required
• Ability to work independently in a rural healthcare setting with minimal on-site supervision during night shifts
• Comfort working across multiple care areas within a single shift

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Experience in Long-Term Care nursing
• Familiarity with critical access or rural hospital environments
