Mechanical Technician - Coating Operations

Hiring Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after completing 80 days probation, $500 after 6 months) Starting pay: $28.54-$29.78 per hour, depending on experience. Shift differential: $0.80 per hour for 6PM - 6AM shifts. Shift: 6PM - 6AM (4 days on, 4 days off). What We Offer You Overtime available. What you’ll do Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of coating equipment and oven operation, ensuring quality under supervision. Set up, operate, maintain, adjust, perform changeovers, and wash-up to maintain maximum production efficiency and product quality. Diagnose mechanical and quality problems, determine repairs, and restore equipment with minimal spoilage and delays. Maintain reports and records of production and changeovers as required. Keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly; report unusual events, accidents, damage, or emergencies immediately to supervision. Perform other duties as assigned by management. We need you to have High school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow instructions. Can-do, will-do attitude.
