About the Position
Location: Long Island, NY (Outpatient Only) Plainview NY
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time | 8-hour shifts | 40 hrs/week
Position Description
We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient practice in Long Island, NY. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary and preventive care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outpatient consultations for adult patients across a wide range of medical conditions
- Diagnose and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and respiratory conditions
- Provide preventive care, routine screenings, and wellness counseling
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress through follow-ups
- Coordinate care with subspecialists to ensure continuity and quality outcomes
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention

Requirements
✅ Requirements
- MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Active or eligible for New York State medical license

- Commitment to patient-centered outpatient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
