HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As an integral member of the Burger King Team, this position is responsible for: Supervising, training, motivating, and leading employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service. Ensuring orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner. Resolving customer concerns. Taking inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages. Counting cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and preparing bank deposit statements. Supervising, training and motivating team members. Working in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrating good written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills. Having reliable transportation.
