Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $1928 / Week

Job Overview AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a travel allied position in Hartford, CT. The assignment is 42 weeks, starting on 08/25/2026, with 8‑hour days. Pay ranges from $1,928 to $1,987 per week. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with goals for students with speech and language needs. Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings throughout the school year. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Provide training and resources to teachers and staff on integrating speech therapy goals into the classroom environment. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or a related field. State SLP license in the State of Residence. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech–Language–Hearing Association (ASHA). Reference in the entire work history. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a school setting, early childhood, or pediatrics. Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
