We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and supporting staff to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality standards
• Train and support housekeeping team members
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with scheduling and daily assignments

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
