About the Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Bellaire, Michigan . The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance with facility standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate documentation per facility and state guidelines

• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

• Active RN license (MI or compact)

• Minimum 1 year of LTC experience preferred

• BLS certification required

• Ability to work night shifts (3×12 or 4×12)

• Strong clinical and communication skills
