Position AvailableAt: 7821 Bradley Long Drive, Sherrills Ford, NC 28673 Hourly Pay Range: $16-$19 per hour Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience.Pay increases with continued education,performanceand years of service. Cook Responsibilities: Prepares and distributes meals/snacks for children and staff according to guidelines and provided menus. Followsdailymenu that incorporates USDA,licensingand/or health department regulations. Ensuressafe food preparations and proper sanitation methods are used andmaintainsa safe kitchen/pantry area. Maintains inventory of food and supplies. Must be willing to work in the classroom to cover breaks. Work experience in cooking and/or food preparation for large group food service, preferably in a childcare center, preferred. ServSafecertification preferred. At least 18-years-oldforcookposition. High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 year minimum of previousexperience working in licensedchildcarea plus. Ability to pass background checks & health assessments. Ability tolift upto 30 lbs.
