What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of conditions
• Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and preventive care services
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, coordinate referrals to specialists
• Educate patients on health maintenance and self-care strategies
• Supervise and mentor healthcare team members, delivering educational sessions
• Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and protocols within a military healthcare setting

What You Need

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, with ECFMG certification if foreign-trained
• Completion of ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine
• U.S. medical license in good standing
• At least 24 months' clinical practice or training in the last 36 months
• Fluency in English; strong communication skills
• US citizenship required

Nice to Have

• Board certification by ABMS or AOA
• Military or federal healthcare experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Certifications such as BLS or ACLS
