Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee daily operations at an aerospace fasteners manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in aerospace manufacturing, fasteners, metal forming, machining, and production management . Key Responsibilities Manage overall plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and delivery . Lead manufacturing of aerospace fasteners, nuts, and threaded components . Oversee processes such as hot/cold heading, nut forming, thread rolling, machining, and grinding . Manage production teams, supervisors, and manufacturing personnel. Drive productivity, cost reduction, quality improvement, and on-time delivery . Monitor KPIs including production efficiency, scrap, downtime, and OEE. Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, OSHA, and aerospace customer requirements . Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues. Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork. Qualifications 8+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibility. Experience in aerospace manufacturing , preferably aerospace fasteners. Knowledge of heading, forming, thread rolling, machining, tooling, and precision manufacturing . Experience with AS9100/ISO quality systems . Strong leadership, problem-solving, production planning, and team-management skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
