Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapist

PT in Bellevue, WA. Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5. Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension. Pay Rate: $59 - $63/hr.

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Bellevue, WA. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:

Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment Maintain active state license (WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License) Must not have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year to be eligible for placement Previous ATI travel history or perm/PRN history more than one year prior requires eligibility verification before submission Commit to a 13-26 week assignment duration Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks Work day shift hours Demonstrate experience in Physical Therapy setting Meet all credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process Adhere to facility dress code as provided during first day orientation Follow facility parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation Comply with a 30-day notice requirement Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
