The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of case management experience in an acute care setting. BLS certification is required. Candidates must hold a valid Florida or Compact nursing license. Degree accreditation must be included in the profile or candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience. Prior travel experience is also a requirement. The successful candidate will work on a readmission initiative. Please note that floating to other departments may be required.
