Must possess at least 2 years of case management experience. An active RN license is required, and verification must be provided. BLS certification is mandatory for this position. Care management certification, such as AMC or CCM, is preferred. The role may require floating to sister facilities as needed. It is essential to have degree accreditation on the profile. Candidates will undergo a prescreen interview followed by a final interview with the manager. All requested time off should be submitted initially, as late requests will not be accepted. Candidates must provide complete demographic information upon submission, including address and RN license number.
