At our Carrollton, GA (30117) office, you’re the first hello and the steady heartbeat of the front desk. From that first warm welcome to the last call of the day, you keep the experience smooth, the space inviting, and the team supported.

• Be the friendly face of the office—greet and assist visitors, clients, and colleagues with professionalism and care.
• Own the front-line communications—answer and route phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the right person quickly.
• Keep reception polished—maintain a tidy, well-organized, and welcoming front office environment.
• Orchestrate schedules—book appointments and manage calendars for team members.
• Support daily operations—handle filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Manage supplies—track inventory and place orders so the office is always ready.
• Pitch in where needed—assist the team on projects and tasks as they arise.

• High school diploma or equivalent; training in office administration is a plus.
• Background in front office or administrative roles and a service-first mindset.
• Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A dependable teammate who can also work independently.
• A positive attitude and dedication to outstanding customer service.
