Our organization is excited to announce an opening for a Generalist OB/GYN to become part of our dynamic team, situated just north of Sacramento.

Must be board certified or board eligible.

• Flexible clinic hours with a typical 4.5-day work week (alternative schedules like 4x10s are also available).
• Average patient load of approximately 25 daily, with the option to increase based on personal preference.
• Efficient scheduling options (15/30 or 10/20 minute appointments).
• Current practice composition: 60% obstetrics and 40% gynecology.
• A collaborative team of 6 seasoned OB/GYNs and 2 advanced practice providers (Nurse Practitioners).
• Mid-level providers assist with C-sections and may attend deliveries upon patient request.

• Deliveries take place at the nearby hospital.
• Gynecological surgeries and procedures are conducted at our surgical hospital.
• Access to a fully supported Da Vinci robotic system.
• Consistent block operating room time with minimal scheduling challenges.
• Strong delivery volume available.

• Call rotation is 1:6, evenly shared among the physicians.
• Weekend call spans from Friday to Sunday, typically covering both OB and GYN patients.
• Weekday call rotates among providers, ensuring equitable distribution of responsibilities.
• During call periods, physicians generally continue to see patients in the clinic, with the flexibility to adjust hours or take a post-call day off if necessary.

• Attractive income guarantee for up to 2 years, transitioning to a production-based model.
• Sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.
• Relocation assistance available, up to $20,000.
• Residency stipend of up to $3,000 per month for a maximum of 24 months during residency.
