Job Summary Organizes and directs assigned unit duties to provide quality nursing care to residents. Job Type Full time / Part time / PRN Schedule 12 hour shifts. Including PRN. Benefits Differential programs Shift Differential Weekday and Weekend Differential PTO Accrual Flexible Schedules Competitive pay 401K available after first year Overtime available Insurance options available Student Loan Repayment (if applicable) Responsibilities Responsible during the shift for the total nursing care of residents in the assigned unit. Assumes responsibility for compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company regulations. Explains procedures and treatments and care plan to resident. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques. Transcribes physician's orders. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Education Current State of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) licensure. A minimum of 1 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good standing in the state registry is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
