Quality Technician - Assembly - 1st Shift

Job Title: Quality Technician – Assembly – 1st Shift Location: Badger Dr., Waukesha, WI. Hourly rate: $27.90. Core hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. Responsibilities Complete repairs and analysis reports of field return transformers and regulators. Tear down fully assembled units and help determine root cause of failure. De‑reel coils and help determine root cause of failure. Create or update quality alerts, work instructions, job safety analysis, or product quality guidelines. Read and interpret prints. Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills. Perform computer operations in Microsoft Office or other software used by quality. Complete other tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree) equivalent is required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in transformer or regulator assembly. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Minimum of one year of transformer or regulator assembly experience. Skills Ability to work overtime when required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs; bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
