Our client in Plano, TX is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a newly created position offering an opportunity to make a significant impact within a stable and established organization. This person will oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring each project stays on schedule, meets quality standards, and delivers exceptional client experience. This role requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable managing jobsites, coordinating subcontractors, communicating with homeowners, and proactively addressing challenges before they become issues. Requirements:

• Significant experience in residential remodeling, construction, or project management.
• Strong understanding of remodeling processes, construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite management.
• Experience managing multiple residential projects simultaneously preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing project demands.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues early.
• Ability to build positive working relationships while holding subcontractors accountable.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel to projects throughout North Dallas and Collin County.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Salary/Pay rate: $20-30/hr.
