If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Delivery Senior Director to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Key Responsibilities• Client Advisory and Strategy Leadership• Lead executive-level advisory engagements to define enterprise data and AI strategies, business cases, and multi-year roadmaps aligned to client outcomes.• Establish data operating models, organizational designs, roles/skills, and change management plans to scale data and AI across the enterprise.• Shape strategies for modern data platforms (cloud lakehouse/warehouse, streaming, governance, observability), data productization, and value realization.• Define responsible AI policies, guardrails, and governance aligned to regulatory and risk requirements; ensure ethical use and measurable outcomes.Offering Development and Methodology• Build and maintain a portfolio of strategy-led offerings (e.g., Data/AI Strategy Assessment, Data Operating Model Design, Governance and Risk, Cloud Migration Blueprint, Analytics Modernization, Data Product Management).• Own and continuously update consulting methodologies, frameworks, maturity models, and accelerators (e.g., assessments, reference architectures, ROI models, KPI frameworks).• Create playbooks and artifacts that standardize discovery, value hypotheses, business case development, and roadmap design.GTM and Sales Enablement• Partner with the Data Practice Leader, sales, marketing, and industry units to craft GTM motions, sales plays, and thought leadership aligned to target industries.• Support pipeline growth through executive briefings, workshops, and deal shaping; develop proposals and POVs; serve as executive sponsor or solution leader for priority pursuits.• Drive conversion from advisory to implementation, establishing clear handoffs, reference designs, and scope patterns that accelerate delivery.Delivery Excellence and Quality• Establish engagement governance, QA standards, and risk frameworks for strategy and transformation programs; oversee key reviews and escalations.• Ensure deliverables are outcome-oriented, anchored in value metrics and business KPIs, and enable rapid transition to platform build and run phases.• Infuse AI-driven methods and assets into consulting delivery to improve speed, consistency, and insight quality.Partnerships and Ecosystem• Collaborate with hyperscalers and leading data/AI platform partners to align strategy offerings with partner programs, funding, and co-innovation.• Maintain currency with partner certifications, competencies, and reference architectures; leverage ecosystem solutions in advisory and roadmaps.Innovation and Thought Leadership• Develop and publish points of view on data strategy, operating models, responsible AI, and value realization; represent NTT DATA at industry events and client forums.• Sponsor pilots and labs to validate emerging approaches (e.g., data mesh/data products, GenAI enablement, AI governance, observability); codify learnings into reusable IP.Talent Development and Enablement• Build and mentor a high-performing strategy consulting team; define career paths, training, certifications, and competency models for data strategy roles.• Drive continuous enablement on modern platforms, governance frameworks, and advisory techniques; foster a culture of client impact, inclusion, and innovation.Practice Operations• Contribute to bookings, revenue, and margin targets for strategy-led work; forecast demand, manage utilization, and oversee engagement staffing for advisory programs.• Collaborate with delivery leaders to ensure smooth transitions from strategy to execution and to track benefits realization over time.Key Qualifications• 12+ years in data, analytics, and AI consulting or enterprise transformation, including leadership of advisory engagements and multi-year roadmaps.• Proven expertise in defining data strategies and operating models, governance and stewardship, data product management, and value realization/business case design.• Deep understanding of modern cloud data platforms and ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka/streaming, dbt, Airflow, data catalogs/lineage, observability).• Familiarity with data management and governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, CDMC) and responsible AI principles; experience with privacy/security/regulatory requirements.• Strong GTM and sales support experience: executive workshops, proposal development, deal shaping, and conversion from advisory to implementation.• Exceptional communication and executive presence; able to engage CxO stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and influence cross-functional teams.• Demonstrated ability to build methodologies, accelerators, and IP; track record of publishing POVs and speaking at industry events.• Financial acumen: business case development, benefits tracking, pricing/estimation, and margin-aware engagement management.• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA or MS in Data/AI) preferred.Success Metrics• Strategy-led bookings and revenue; conversion rate from advisory to implementation.• Pipeline growth, win rate, and deal velocity for strategy offerings.• Client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), attainment of defined business outcomes and value metrics.• Adoption and reuse of methodologies, accelerators, and assets across the practice.• Thought leadership impact (publications, speaking engagements, partner recognitions).• Partner co-sell revenue and funded engagements tied to strategy motions.• Team utilization, certification attainment, and talent retention.LogisticsLocation: North America;
