Responsibilities include the management and oversight of service delivery processes, which may include incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management and configuration management as well as resource coordination, client management, dispute and technical resolution management, and communications at various levels during services engagements from tactical (incident based) to strategic (Global Account Management Strategies).• Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors. • Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations. • Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
