Senior Marketing Manager

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand development and growth marketing initiatives across our expanding janitorial/sanitary product portfolio. Backed by private equity and positioned for continued growth through potential acquisitions and capacity expansion, we are looking for a dynamic marketing leader to elevate our multi-brand presence, drive awareness, and execute integrated campaigns that fuel scalable business growth.

This role will oversee marketing efforts across all product lines, with a strong focus on increasing visibility and market leadership of our proprietary offerings (e.g., Transcend). The ideal candidate will bring deep brand strategy expertise, full-funnel growth marketing experience, and preferably familiarity with the Away-From-Home (AFH) market, including paper products, janitorial/sanitation supplies, chemicals, liners, or dispensers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and execute holistic brand strategies for the entire product portfolio, with targeted campaigns for proprietary lines.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints and channels.
• Benchmark performance against industry competitors to identify gaps and position both proprietary and distributed products effectively.

• Growth Marketing

• Lead integrated marketing programs that drive demand, sales enablement, and market expansion across product lines.
• Manage digital initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Implement content-driven strategies to engage key stakeholders within janitorial distributors and end-use facilities.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Executive Leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Support M&A integration and capacity expansion initiatives with strategic marketing plans and market readiness activities.

• Team Leadership & Vendor Management

• Lead and mentor internal marketing talent and manage relationships with external creative, media, and technology partners.
• Assess team capabilities and scale marketing operations to support the company’s accelerated growth trajectory.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in brand development and digital growth.
• Background in the AFH sector strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable brand awareness and sales growth through comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with a hands-on approach to implementation.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented, or PE-backed environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in modern marketing tools including CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and CMS.
