Guest Service Agent

Bally’s Shreveport is seeking a Cage Operations team member responsible for creating wagering tickets, cashing tickets, and collecting correct money from guests for wagers. You will assist guests, work with self-betting terminals, and maintain an accurate drawer. You must balance funds at shift start and end, follow Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and maintain neat, professional work area. The role requires high school diploma or GED, five years related experience, LA Ops License, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
