Role Description The Associate / Of Counsel will work full time on-site in Bibb County, GA, handling a caseload of personal injury matters from initial intake through resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, evaluating claims, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, and preparing demand packages and settlement proposals. The role involves negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel, appearing in court for hearings and trials, and coordinating with support staff to ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met. The Associate or Of Counsel attorney will also help develop case strategies, participate in case evaluations, and contribute to the firm’s professional reputation through diligent, ethical advocacy and clear communication with clients. Qualifications Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. Experience in personal injury litigation, including client advocacy and case management. Strong legal research and writing abilities, with proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence. Strong desire to learn advocacy skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Clear, professional communication skills for client meetings, court appearances, and collaboration with colleagues and staff. Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, client service, and maintaining confidentiality.
